Gallup has put together a pretty cool survey methodology using only 12 questions to track employee happiness. They believe these factors are most accurately reflect performance and firm success.<p>Since we are on an aggressive milestone schedule and have a remote team, we are thinking about using the survey to quickly do a monthly or quarterly assessment of our employees.
