Are there any tools for integration between vim and chrome dev tools?

fwiw I still enjoy using textmate. Also I guess part of the success of ST2 is due to support of textmate bundles

Dang... what can't you do with Sublime Text? I've been using it for 9 months now and the plugins keep getting better.
