Tom Friedman recently wrote that you need to be entrepreneurial to "invent your own job" or to find a job. What did you do to - convince a hiring manager you were the right fit - get new skills for a job - other stuff that lead to a job you wanted<p>Alternatively, what's the most entrepreneurial thing you've seen someone else do?
