Today I received an email in my gmail address,supposedly from one Eva Reddy ,Customer Care Team,TimesJobs.com .The body of message is posted below<p>TimesJobs.com Maintenance Exercise.<p>Dear Customer,<p>This message is from TimesJobs.com to all Employers that registered with TimesJobs.com. We are currently carrying out maintenance exercise to improve our quality service. We need you to confirm your account.<p>Please Click or copy the Link to your browser to confirm your account http:&#x2F;&#x2F; timesjobsacessupdate.jimdo.com&#x2F;<p>Warning: Employer that refuses to confirm his&#x2F;her TimesJobs.com Employers account will lose his&#x2F;her Employers account permanently.<p>We wish you a great job hunt experience!!<p>Regards, Eva Reddy Customer Care Team TimesJobs.com<p>The real email address given at the job portal is timesjobs@timesgroup.com where as this email was from timejobs@timegroup.com and the update url on which I was supposed to click looked suspicious...<p>when I googled the name Eva Reddy the links that came up included http:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.timesjobs.com&#x2F;Mailers&#x2F;Featured&#x2F;july08&#x2F;timesecurity&#x2F; which was a fraud alert .<p>Anyway, I forwarded this email to the timesgroup contact email address.If any of you get similar messages, be warned.
