Double Robotics is looking for a mechanical engineer with experience growing a consumer product from low volume to mass production.<p>Required Skills:<p>• Electro-Mechanical assembly design experience
• Design for manufacture
• Extensive knowledge of designing and manufacturing injection molded parts
• Knowledge of stamping, die casting, anodizing and machining
• Ability to draft mechanical drawings with proper tolerances and cosmetic requirements
• SolidWorks / PDM expertise
• Minimum five years experience
• Occasional travel to Asia may be required
• Prototyping using CNC Mill, 3D printers, and other shop tools
• Direct work with manufacturers
• Search out materials, components, and systems to integrate into the product.
