Use the settings below to CONTROL the categories of information that people can bring with them when they use apps, games, and websites." - (note, my emphasis on "control")<p>The above statement is followed by a list of checkboxes that are initially unchecked with categories such as Bio, Birthday, If I'm online, My videos, etc.<p>"Control", here, is such an ambiguous term. On a normal site, I would assume that "checking" a box off (which usually equates to a yes/confirm action) would mean that you approve of the sharing of that category, but here, I believe it's the opposite.<p>If you were to take a quick look at it, you might think "OK, great. Nothing is checked, so nothing is shared.", but knowing Facebook, pretty sure I have to check everything.
