Exactly 11 yrs back (1 Oct 2012), PwC decided to move out of consulting due to conflict of interest issues. They sold their consulting practice to IBM globally.<p>Now after years PwC probably has realised their mistake and are trying to strengthen their consulting practice by buying out Booz Allen.
