1 pointsby wiwilliaover 11 years ago
Teespring (W13) is hiring Ruby and Javascript developers to join our growing team. We have positions available in San Fran, Providence (Rhode Island) and Thailand.
Have any questions we don't answer? Send us an email at walker@teespring.com.
All positions come with a solid salary, options package and health insurance
---
About us: We're a rapidly growing, well-funded and profitable startup (shipping well over 100k items per month) working on reinventing ecommerce. We believe people are at their most productive when their work feels like a passion project - when they are excited to come in each morning, and we've built our culture around that core belief.
We have a San Francisco office with 10 (awesome) engineering and growth hacking folks, a Providence office with around 40 folks - primarily operations, customer loyalty, and sales folks (but we're open to hiring devs for that office), and we're opening an office in Bangkok, Thailand to focus on our Javascript development.
Our stack is Ruby on Rails with MySQL on the back! We also use a ton of JS for our design tool.
---
About you: Our ideal hire is someone who wants to make a large impact as part of a small, fast development team. Someone who is both talented and passionate about they are working on.
---
We're currently hiring:
- Ruby Developers: We are looking for talented Ruby developers with at least a year of experience who want to join our awesome Ruby team and start making a big impact on our product. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of how to work on a team and maintain quality code that is test driven, sensible, and follows solid design principles. (Locations: Providence, SF)
- JS Developers: We will hire top of the line JS developers who have experience or interest in building complex object oriented JS applications. You will help us build our most advanced piece of technology, the t-shirt design tool. (Locations: SF, Bangkok)
- Systems / Dev Ops: People who know how to solve the hard problems, including issues with scaling, load, and servers. Experience with Ruby is a plus but not required.
---
How to get in touch: Contact our founder and CEO, Walker, at walker@teespring.com with a quick note and any info you want to provide (i.e., resume and github account).
