Hi there,<p>I work in devops and have an application provided by the vendor. It's installed and ready to go. I believe the app is written in ASP MVC and runs on an IIS box.<p>My curiousity is that all functions by the software take 8 seconds. Loading data, refreshing pages, writing pages.
