Ask HN: Best word wrapping algorithm for plain text.

My old homegrown WW is showing its age and am looking for an open source one hopefully based on the Knuth-Plass line breaker algorithm.<p>Anyone know of good examples in any language (hopefully in C#) on the Internet?
