We have a nimble, efficient team that is focused on building a surprisingly easy product experience to meet the needs of millions around the world.<p>As our first Product Manager hire, you’ll work directly with our Chief Product Officer, collaborating closely with our team of world-class designers and engineers to ship high quality products as quickly as possible.<p>In this unique position, you’ll help define the experience for entrepreneurs and their customers on a grand scale. Ranked as a Quantcast Top 25 network, we power well over 100M unique visitors a month across our desktop, mobile, and native app platforms.<p>As a product management leader, you have the opportunity for immense impact, helping to drive our aggressive roadmap from vision to launch.<p>You’ll be a great fit as a Product Manager with the following qualities:<p><i>Understand good design:</i> You have an in-depth understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and strong intuition for what people want to do.<p><i>Think Big:</i> You think beyond the horizon, articulating new and disruptive opportunities for the product and platform.<p><i>Simplify the complex:</i> You can easily understand a complex idea or feature, simplify the requirements, and know how to derive 80% of the value with 20% of the effort.<p><i>Wear many hats:</i> You have a strong background in many fields and can relate cross functionally between design, engineering, marketing, and even BD. You are the ultimate facilitator, the oil in the engine, and will do what it takes to push things forward.<p><i>Prioritize:</i> You can prioritize a complex roadmap, balancing quick wins and platform investments for maximum impact in the least amount of time.<p><i>Technical background:</i> You have a computer science degree or a deep technical understanding allowing you to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs.<p><i>Ability to work with others:</i> You have excellent interpersonal skills. You’re a great listener. You place the success of the company and product ahead of any particular idea.<p><i>Leadership:</i> Others naturally look to you for guidance. You inspire others to think bigger.
