Assembly is looking for a Rails/Go platform engineer and UI engineer

Assembly (http:&#x2F;&#x2F;assemblymade.com) is an open platform for crowd-<i>founding</i> software products. Where anyone, anywhere around the world can work together to build great apps and split the rewards fairly based on their contributions.<p>The vision is simple: Ideas are crowd-sourced. Development is open and collaborative. Profits are split. The process is completely transparent.<p>We&#x27;re tackling the enormous challenge of creating a software company that creates software companies. You will have a direct hand in helping us shape the future of work and unlocking the power of independent creators.<p>The Role: Our product aims to solve challenges that are social in nature: how to collaborate with people you’ve never met, how to create a common vision, how to reward contributors, etc. We currently have a team of 5 engineers and we are looking for a full-stack engineer and our first dedicated UI engineer join us.<p>Our Team: We use things like Rails &amp; Go today but open to using Clojure, Node, and other tools as long as its the right one for the problem. We believe in progress over consensus, strong opinions weakly held, moving fast is best even if it breaks things, and we make what we measure.
