This is interesting, but generally meaningless.<p>Studying successful people doesn't reveal secrets.<p>It's the problem of induction. There are probably tons of unsuccessful writers that have similar habits and write a ton of horrible writing.
Would love to see this for notable programmers. Don't know if the data is available for their wake-up times.<p>Would also love to see how many of these writers/programmers took naps during the day, at what time, and for how long.
Okay, so I'm basically seeing that 9am is a pretty good time to wake up; and if you like to wake up earlier, that's good too?<p>This is still a very small sample of people.
