Ask HN: What is the state of data mining libraries in Haskell

I always wanted to make something serious in Haskell. I've learn it during academic coursers. My next project is about data aggregating and associations exploration. Are there good, established libraries for this in Haskell? Otherwise I will go with Julia (http://julialang.org/)

The HLearn libraries have a really interesting approach to this.<p>But I <i>think</i> the Julia community is more active in these areas
