First off, not all Resented and not all Accepted but from user actions and feedback, the majority went through the following stages.<p>I informed users 14 months ago this day was coming and emailed then 2 weeks prior so it should have not been a shock to them.<p>Stage 1: Resentment - How dare you charge us for technology that allows us to do our job better.<p>Stage 2: Enlightenment – I’ll find another site that is free and offers what you do and be done with you.<p>Stage 3: Realization – Can’t find another site that does exactly what you do any cheaper.<p>Stage 4: Acceptance – Ok we’ll buy but you need to enhance a few things within 6 months.<p>Anyone else go from free to pay and what was your experience?
