HackerRank's enterprise product, HackerrankX is being used tons of tech companies - facebook, amazon, vmware, palantir, evernote, bloomberg, morgan stanley, solarcity, etc. to streamline their technical recruiting process.<p>It has helped them achieve massive ROI in terms of reducing the time to hire by 40-50% and consistency in interviewing across the company (maintain a uniform hiring bar). We are growing extremely fast (seven figure revenue mark (>$1m), 40-50% growth m-o-m, 42 people in PA) and looking to grow by 10x in a year.<p>We typically sell to the engineering & recruiting org and have to get a buy-in from both of them before getting widespread adoption.<p>Your role:<p>-- Help the sales team in fielding engineering questions from customers during a demo<p>-- Assist with the creation of technical documentation and support material.<p>-- Educate and train the sales team on the features and use of the platform.<p>-- Reduce/eliminate technical obstacles in order to win the technical recommendation from the customer.<p>-- We're a startup - so anything in the intersection of customer & engineering (except coding the product which if you'd like to do, we're totally fine with) will be your responsibility.<p>I've never been in such confident state about the company as I'm right now.
