Hello,
I started writing a comprehensive game tutorial about writing a pong-like game using JavaScript and EaselJS (CreateJS). I intend to write out the complete set of features, including two-player gaming, competitive additions such as power ups and the ability to shoot holes in the opponents paddle.
So far, I've written out 3 chapters, and I intend to make the whole tutorial 8 chapters long, where the last chapters will add features like sound and sprites. The whole game is written in a clean fashion, using Grunt as a build tool, and keeping the games source code structured into clear classes that will make the code approachable and readable.
At this point I am after feedback on the style and on the content that's already written. The end result will be fully open sources and it will contain screencasts as well.
I am not after a harsh critique about grammar and spelling, as this will get fixed in due time.
The first 3 chapters of the tutorial is available from: http://codicious.com/courses/courses_easeljs
