Does anyone have experience on selling the data they've gathered from their web/mobile/whatever app?<p>I'm not talking about user/demographic information. More interested in using usage data to compile reports on an industry that might have some $ value to other businesses. For example, if you had an invoicing app and gathered information on companies industries could you sell a report on average invoice size and payment terms by industry?<p>I have a couple of SaaS apps in the property industry which gathers quite a bit of information that I think could be useful (without including any user/demographic data) but not sure where to start with this or even if it's worthwhile.<p>Does anyone have experience of this and do you have any advice on where to start?
