We're planning to release a product for Agile/Scrum professionals, magnetic, erasable story cards that you can use on your Kanban whiteboards. They can be easily wiped off and you can move them around without dealing with pins, magnets or sticky notes.
Here's a product video we have made:

http://www.storycards.co
Due to the high production costs on lower volumes, we set the price at $35/15 pieces (1 pack), to be able to handle the (hopefully growing) low number of orders at the beginning.
Although it's a pretty quality and durable product, the price may seem unreasonable, so we're wondering how to make the price better fit our bootstrapping plans and the customers as well:
1, Offer only 1 color at the beginning instead of 4 so we can reach discount production costs earlier (different colors are different "production line")?
2, Wait until we have for e.g. 50 orders? Early birds may be pissed off by waiting too much.
3, Make it crowd-sourced somehow? We're soo old-fashioned:)
4, Test the price somehow on our mailing list?
Any feedback is appreciated, either on the questions or the product. Thanks!
