Hey guys I'm pretty well versed in php/mysql/ajax/html/css but want to expand my knowledge to Ruby on Rails. I'd like to find someone that has experience and knows RoR inside and out and pay them to teach me everything I'd need to know to get started developing web apps with RoR.
