You care about getting things done fast and hold yourself to the highest standards.<p>Responsibilities:<p>- Run experiments independently to understand our community and how we can best support their needs
- Recruit the best scientists in the universe to run campaigns
- Scientifically review and evaluate project proposals
- Work with our community of scientists through the product and in person (events)

Being on the community team at Experiment is not for everyone, but if you're up for the challenge and succeed you'll likely be a good fit.<p>Before coming in for an interview we require that all candidates onboard 3 scientists to launch projects. We measure success for this challenge by having at least one project reach the initial funding goal. You set your schedule, there is no time limit, and our team will help you every step of the way.
