Instavest is a team of 3 building a next-gen financial investing platform that powers over $100,000 of transaction volume a week (rapidly growing).<p>We are looking to make our first engineering hire to help make our platform more robust, add new asset classes and enhance our product. But I was investing peanuts then. It’s a huge structural advantage not to have a lot of money. I think I could make you 50% a year on $1 million. No, I know I could. I guarantee that.”<p>Sourcing stock market investment ideas online is a risky and usually non-rewarding process because you can't be sure the author backed the idea with their own money, and even if they did, you're not sure when they bought and when they'll sell.<p>Instavest solves this by putting real dollars behind ideas, and providing timing information on each investment. We incentivize investment leaders by paying them for their performance - we're bringing carried interest to the retail investor.<p>OUR STACK:<p>Python/PostgreSQL and Javascript. Django experience is a bonus, but not required.
