I've seen that lately lots of people started hand-curated directories after the success of StartupStash on produchunt.<p>I've tried once to do something similar but it gave me headaches setting up wordpress, finding template, modiyfing it, etc.<p>That's why I thought about creating a specialized CMS with pre-made templates to make everything much easier for those who are trying to create these hand-curated directories. No distraction, just setting up some categories, adding items with image,link and description and maybe some other features.<p>Here are some screenshot of some templates I'm thinking to add:
