Just sent this to some of my best friends. Thought it could be interesting to share here. I'd obviously share results.<p>Dearest Friends,<p>Someone just gave me four tickets to the Giants game tomorrow evening.<p>Rather than choose amongst my friends, I want to hold a contest. The three winners get tickets. More importantly, winners get to hang with the other winners.<p>The contest: whoever sends me the most creative or interesting thing wins. Supper vague - so let me give some examples:<p>OK submissions: a poem you like, an article I should read, a recipe I should try.
Good submissions: an essay you wrote, an idea you had, a picture you drew, an experience you gave me.
Great submissions: something completely different that surprises me.<p>Details:
-No recycling old materials. Must be created specifically for this contest.
-Deadline tomorrow at noon (24 hours).
-Winners announced tomorrow at 2pm.
-Share with friends if you want - Anyone can submit.
-If you don't want your creation shared - let me know. Otherwise, I plan on sharing results with this email thread after.<p>This idea will undoubtedly cause some of you to roll your eyes. Even if that's the case, just send something simple (an essay I should read) - if everyone else rolls their eyes and does nothing, you'll win.<p>Best,
