It isn't offline. The front page is having some sort of issue. Deeper links like <a href="http://www.wsj.com/news/economy" rel="nofollow">http://www.wsj.com/news/economy</a> and <a href="http://www.wsj.com/public/page/news-asia-business.html" rel="nofollow">http://www.wsj.com/public/page/news-asia-business.html</a> are working fine, though.
