I am a lecturer on an Applied Software Engineering course, teaching with many people with different views on what industry wants in terms of skills.<p>We can all agree that basic web development skills (front end and back end) are pretty core, as well as some concept of mobile development. What about things like enterprise programming (Java EE).<p>The module list is here but I have my doubts on the use of some of these and think the time can be better spent.
