The minute you join, you'll take the lead on:<p>- Working closely with customers to increase the effectiveness and scale of our hiring tools<p>- Analyzing large data sets to identify weaknesses in existing assessment and improving them<p>- Hiring and running a team of remote graders who score candidates' job simulations<p>- Making product decisions and helping engineering figure out how to design the grader's software<p>- Designing new candidate assessments to increase predictiveness<p>If that sounds a little scary and exciting to you -- good!
