You will be participating in a paradigm shift to cloud computing and have the opportunity to be on the forefront of this industry altering transformation.<p>EDUCATION • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent<p>WORK EXPERIENCE • A verifiable track record of selling innovative, leading edge solutions to Fortune 500 companies • A solid history of selling enterprise IT solutions or enterprise engineer solution • Consistent quota over-achievement • Strategic account planning and excellence in execution • Sales management experience is a plus<p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Extensive knowledge of the IT marketplace, engineering applications, and the consultative sales process required to close new business with an innovative product • Advanced problem solving skills • Ability to build effective and lasting relationships with customers and identify their business needs • Strong presentation skills- Ability to captivate an audience with a new product • Excellent ability to communicate customer needs to internal technical staff in a positive manner • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Advanced negotiation tactics - A proven ability to navigate a complicated closing process efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Advanced knowledge of sales automation tools • Effective use of a CRM system (e.g. SFDC) • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous activities to maintain excellent customer relations, while hitting financial targets<p>DUTIES&#x2F;RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide sales support for existing customers • Identify and grow new incremental business from existing and new accounts • Conduct regular seminars to generate new qualified prospects • Qualify and close new business from marketing leads • Prospect for new sales opportunities within assigned territory • Build short term and long term WIP to support aggressive forecast and achieve quota • Provide accurate forecast on a regular basis as well as other sales process information as required • Develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize revenue • Coordinate activities with other organizations within the company required to execute to quota • Travel to meet customers and prospects when required • Attain quarterly and yearly quotas • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned • Duties may change at any time, according to business needs<p>If interested please send resume to sales@rescale.com
