I am saddened that growing number of small-medium sized start ups are making it difficult for a user to pause or cancel the subscription. Either this option is not readily available or hidden in the dust. Perhaps I am the only one, but I hate them, and consider them nothing less than a scam. I'd immediately cancel my subscription most of the time. Because no one likes being locked up. If they had offered pause option/cancel I perhaps had stayed longer...<p>I don't think such technique helps either, it only leaves bad taste in the mouth.
