Are there abstractions for Neural Networks? The Brainfuck language is Turing Complete but does not offer abstractions powerful enough for it to be put in actual use. Is a similar case true for Neural Networks since I can only find things that train the network in different ways. Are abstractions for Neural Networks even possible?
