I'm loving KM so far as I'm using it to track AARRR metrics. I have Acquisition and Activation figured out as far as how to use KM to track them but I'm not seeing an easy way to use KM for Retention or Referral (or Revenue for that matter). Can anyone shed some insight as to whether or not it's possible to measure these things with KM or am I going to need to build a custom dashboard?
