How are we supposed to fix higher order problems if something as simple as clean clothes requires grass roots mobilization to solve? This is a problem within the Maslow hierarchy for God's sake...<p>I'm just venting, but we should be able to extend basic social services to everyone who needs them, and that includes everything needed to give people dignity in public.
