There are a few aggregation sites out there like https://whoishiring.io and http://hnhiring.me/ but I want to take aggregation one step further and provide a better job-hunting experience.<p>What features would you like to see?<p>I asked last week what people REALLY looked for in a new position and got some good answers. (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=12456513)<p>One idea is to incorporate these questions into a list similar to the Joel Test (http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/fog0000000043.html) and have listing answers these questions upfront.<p>A few more ideas:<p>* Hand curate listing for tags to easily filter for what listing are interesting to you
* List actual addresses (instead of just cities), display on a map, and calculate travel distance
* Have a profile where you have questions you want answered before proceeding with the interview process<p>The job search process is too long and tedious. Let's stream line the process for ourselves since employers are already doing the same for us.<p>Also, how much would you pay for various services? :)
