I'm a French entrepreneur, currently living in Finland. My company is based in Finland, and was started in 2006. We've already raised money from investors in other European countries.<p>I'm looking to move to San Francisco, to do bizdev, possibly raise VC, but also because I love the culture / people there :)<p>Does anyone have experience with moving this way? What type of visa did you apply for? How long did it take? I was recommended an L-1 visa, plus setting up a daughter company in the US.<p>What is the status of the startup visa?<p>Side info:
