I've been playing around with Plivo since a while, but I can not find a way to use it legally inside Europe because of data protection regulations, since they are not adhered to EU Privacy Shield.<p>I've raised several support requests and Plivo response is that it is not in their roadmap. A couple of weeks ago I've been contacted by a key account manager (for other reasons) and again, their position is not commenting about that.<p>I am not complaining at all, don't take me wrong, but I am legitimately curious about how European companies use their services, as I am aware that it is widely used.<p>Do you have any personal experience on it?
