Ask HN: What CSS naming convention you're using for your projects?

I guess BEM has been the standard of naming classes for quite a while. However, there're also lots of other ways like OOCSS, SMACSS, NCSS, etc.<p>So how do you use those naming conventions? For the projects of what size?
