I have a small company (11 of us). We provide a subscription based service. Customers pay annually but their subscriptions vary in length (3-5 years) and we have 60+ contracts like this. Is there a platform out there that tracks when contracts are ending and notifies you so you can followup with the subscriber ahead of the expiration date to make sure they resubscribe before subscription ends? There are a bunch of technologies out there that can be hacked about to kind of do this, but i was wondering if there is a technology that is designed specifically for this? We currently use SF and QB. Thanks in advance. L
