Name of Open Search Directory of Healthcare Directory

I have a small app that helps user's to search Hospitals, Clinics, Labs and Pharmacies, Check them on Google Map and check if it is open or closed now in my City only. I'm not sure it would called a Directory app or some thing else. What Type of system is would be or what names would better represent the features that it provides?
