I have a couple years of previous experience and this is the first part-time job I've gotten since, well, I was in college. It's a remote job, and it's in a focus I really like which is why I took it.<p>However that leaves me with a bit of a problem. As it's part time I'm not earning as much as I would in a full-time job, and it's also a contract lasting a few months. Also I don't really have any additional savings to live on. So for now, I have this extra free time. Should I spend my time and energy to get a 2nd programming job? I know those are not common as part time but how would you approach it? Or should I just work on making any leads for full-time work in the future? Maybe of help if any of you have worked part-time programming job before.
