Answers may vary, but depending on the size of your company and your role, I'm very interested to learn how passionate others are about their work and why. In my own experience, as a founder, passion was incredibly important. At a big company, limited amounts of passion may be more appropriate. But more so than the amount of passion, I'm curious as to the why? Is it self-preservation, compartmentalization, how your internally wired, etc?<p>I'm trying to better understand the relationship among personality, passion for your work, work-life balance and career advancement / development. Any insight you all can share would be appreciated.
