We’ve been growing rapidly and just raised our Series A. To help capture the huge opportunity in front of us, we’re looking for a Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect -- you will support our sales efforts in a client facing role.<p>Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos and communicate LogDNA’s value to potential customers - Develop a deep technical understanding of our product and communicate value in a variety of specific use cases
- Have a strong grasp of product alternatives and which customer personas are best suited to our solution
- Capture business requirements and define scope and present to decision makers
- Contribute to the creation and update of product & technology training materials
- Participate in company webinars, offline events and conferences
- Work with our marketing department to create scalable assets that support sales
- Handle post-sales integrations with new customer onboarding
- Provide product feedback back to engineering and internal teams for feature prioritization
- 20% Travel required<p>Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Engineering background
- Ability to develop rapport quickly with new contacts
- Excellent presentation skills with confidence presenting to IT and up to C-suite
- Experience with highly technical products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Prior experience delivering technical product demonstrations both in person and over the web<p>Bonus Points:
- Experience deploying applications and infrastructure with IaaS/PaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Heroku)
