We’ve been growing rapidly, and to help capture the huge opportunity in front of us, we’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager with deep experience in organic search, paid channels such as AdWords, LinkedIn and Facebook. We are looking for someone who has a passion for building out paid acquisition channels and executing campaigns that drive organic traffic.<p>Responsibilities - SEO:
- Create the strategy for both on-page and off-page SEO programs
- Understand our core audience of developers and their search intent
- Identify SEO growth opportunities (gap analysis, keyword opportunities, competitive analysis, product differentiation analysis, etc.) and prioritize / recommend new strategies for search ranking and visibility
- Manage technical SEO implementations, and monitor changes in our page rankings
- Report on performance vs. OKRs
- Work with our marketing team to create content that attracts quality inbound traffic
- Work with our developers and designers to create technical guidelines to optimize page speed, URL structure, page linking, information architecture, etc.<p>Responsibilities - SEM:
- Conduct keyword analysis and competitive research, and create an SEM strategy with measurable objectives across each paid channel (AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, channel partners)
- Create text and video paid campaigns that differentiate LogDNA from our competitors
- Create an analytics process for each channel, and report on experiments, outcomes and learnings to our management team on a regular schedule
- Recommend and pursue changes to our paid strategy<p>Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of both SEO and SEM experience, with deep knowledge of best practices
- Strong track record of SEO and PPC optimization
- You love data, and you live and breathe CPA, CPL and ROI
- Experience measuring and optimizing campaigns across channels
- A recommended SEO and SEM tech stack with experience in each tool
- A technical and analytical mindset
- You can keep up with the pace of an agile startup
- A desire to set aggressive growth targets, and hit them<p>Bonus Points:
- Strong understanding of the world of server logging, with the ability to speak the language of our audience
