Ask HN: Avenues like Google AdSense which pay through Paypal

I am starting an ad based blog/website. I want to know what avenues I have to earn from it similar to Google AdSense? It would be nice if they pay through Paypal than give me a check and also if they pay globally (in countries like India).<p>Thanks.
