We have designed products to help organizations control their entire flow of money, starting from
accepting payments to managing them internally to disbursing required payments to vendors. These
products serve as a layer on top of the payment gateway and provide wonderful functionalities like
charging recurring payments, collecting bank account transfers in the same dashboard, generating
payable SMS links and mail invoices and much more.

us including the likes of IRCTC, Swiggy, Zomato, Zerodha, GoIbibo and may more. We are on a
mission to simplify the journey of money throughout India and we are just getting started.<p>Role and Responsibilities<p> Technical Guidance : You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example.
Execution and Delivery : You will be expected to instill and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.<p> Team Management : You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring your team; helping individuals grow in their careers, having constant dialogue about their aspirations and sharing prompt, clear and actionable feedback about performance.<p>Desired Skills and Experience<p> Total of at least 7+ years' experience.<p> Experience level of 5+ years in large scale applications and 1+ years in people management<p> Strong problem solving skills, data structures and algorithms.<p> Experience with distributed systems.<p> Experience with application development<p> Understanding of Web Technologies.<p> Understanding of any RDBMS and/or messaging operations at scale.<p>Please write to hn.jobs@razorpay.com with few lines explaining your fitment if you are interested.
