Just wanted to share a little side project I've put together.<p><a href="https://productlauncher.io" rel="nofollow">https://productlauncher.io</a><p>I've noticed a lot of people here suffer from abandoning their projects once they reach 80% complete and I am a fellow sufferer. To try to combat that I made productlauncher.io - a simple tool which launches for you, whether you like it or not. The process is simple:<p>- Add your project details
- Add an expected launch date
- Add a few influential twitter users who's opinion you respect
- When your launch date arrives the app will tweet out a congratulations message along with a link to your product. It'll also send messages direct to the influential users you supplied<p>If you aren't going to launch on time you can delay for 24h but only within the last 24h before launch (so you have to keep coming back to delay indefinitely).<p>Right now the Twitter account only has a few followers but hopefully that'll increase over time and when it does the social stigma of launching a broken link will be enough to help people get over the finish line without spending forever 'perfecting'.<p>Let me know if this sounds useful or any suggestions to improve. :)
