I want to build a website (just as a side learning project that hopefully people could use one day, not a startup) similar to the "Links" feature Quora has, but just for one particular area of interest which is cryptocurrency. The goal is to have users go to the website to see the recent & good articles about cryptocurrency. I understand that this may not be that useful, but I am doing as a learning experience with the goal to have the best and most relevant Links.<p>From an engineering perspective, how could I build this?
