Ask HN: How do I get notified of comments on HN?

It's so frustrating to maintain a conversation on HN. How do I get an email notification or any type of notification when someone replies to my comment or story?

In Slack my company uses <a href="https://littlebirdie.io/" rel="nofollow">https://littlebirdie.io/</a> I haven't seen an email notification service yet.
