A few years ago I decided to start a creative agency. Note - I had no idea what I was doing (I was previously an excel jockey on Wall St.). Writing is my Kryptonite, so pre-hugs to my grammar Nazis. Also we decided to push out our monthly vitals, not only does it keep us humble - but it's something I wish I could have had access to on day 0 from stalwart / upstart agencies.
