I'm trying to incorporate. I'll not raise any fund (I assume this why companies mainly others incorporate in the US) and I'm planning for an acquisitions. I live in the US, though.<p>My only objection about incorporating in the US is the HUGE amount of TAX that I'll be paying when getting acquired.<p>Is there any advice to reduce that burden?
