I've had to take a bit of time off work due to being ill, which gave me a great opportunity to sleep a lot and write the longest thing I've ever written about having ADHD.<p><i>The TL;DR: knowing I have ADHD empowered me to deliberately build a framework of supportive exercise, sleep, hydration and eating habits.
